3. How can I get in contact with you, especially in an emergency?

I have an answering machine that is always on so that you can leave me a message at any time. I make every effort to return calls the same day. In a life-threatening emergency, I am available via cell phone 24/7. My cell phone number is given towards the end of my greeting on the office number. If I am away, I have a psychologist covering for me who will deal with emergencies as needed.

4. Do you accept insurance for marriage/couples counseling?

Marital/couples counseling is strictly fee for service. Insurance is not accepted for marital/couples counseling as it is not a covered service under any health insurance plan.
